Conveyorised (Figure 8) OvenDescription:This durable oven is designed to improve bake uniformity. By reversing the pans, every part of the pan is presented to exactly the same baking conditions. The result is a very even bake.
Benefits:- Low in-feed and discharge height
- Uniform bake
- Small foot print
- Lay out and design flexibility

Standard Features:- Patented Figure “8” design within a single oval makes for small footprint and flexible layout options.
- Oven chain circuit is driven by dual chain drives pushing against a special chain "truck," leaving bearings free to rotate.
- Pendant supported grids with stainless steel track covers to protect chain.
- Reversed chain direction spreads wear more evenly , allowing better lubricant penetration than is possible with a chain bent to one side. The result is longer chain life and more compact take-up and tensioning. The oven chain is driven from both sides for a smoother more uniform pull.
- Air Turbulence system speeds the bake and boosts the oven's efficiency by improving the effectiveness of the heat transfer between the air and the product and pan. The high air velocities also penetrate between the pans to increase side bake.
- Patented forced air chain cooling system aides in eliminating lubrication evaporation and oxidation resulting in extended chain life.
- Self-supporting insulated enclosure with two service access doors, two inspection windows and a rust resistant steel finish on the internal surface.
- Wear resistant steel track and mild steel center-guided grids
- Flexible track layout using 60", 84" or 120" curve radius.
- Pneumatic chain tensioning system at low level for ease of maintenance
- Modulating burner controls for improved evenness
- Electric variable speed drive unit
- Automatic chain lubricator with checking facility
- Automatic pan spacing for reliable operation.
- Painted mild steel electrical control panel with stainless steel doors
- Grid cleaning brush
- Direct Gas Fired Burners mounted under track and cover large proportion of conveyor length for precise zone control. Burner controls roof mounted for maintenance access and minimize floor space
Standard Options:- Heat Intensifier blowing fingers around the
- Steam tunnel - An enclosed oven zone.
- Magnetic grid with stainless steel rods (standard
- Programmable controller (Allen Bradley -
- Easy clean - grid burn off unit.
