Standard Features:

• The Conical Rounder, consist of a triangular open base of welded steel. The base forms a support for the drive motor and a rigid mounting for the centre post. The centre post forms a stationary spindle on which the cone table rotates. Stainless steel plate and arms support the rounding trough and flour duster.
• Under the cone is a 360° catch pan.
• Adjustable motor driven flour duster.
• Ultrasonic Chrome painted finish below the product zone.
• The 32° Rounding cone table is 60 inches in diameter with 19 sets of radial traction grooves. There are 13 grooves per set that grip the dough piece and move it around under the rounding trough.
• A ¾ turn cast iron rounding trough is lined with 1/8” thick Teflon plates. The Teflon plates are riveted to the inside of the trough.
•  The Standard “double contour” rounder trough is available in two sizes:

• 9 oz to 28 oz
• 18 oz to 36 oz
