The Turkington  SofTouch Divider offers gentle dough handling with excellent scaling accuracy. Both soft and stiff dough’s run with minimal stress through a vertical dough path. Liquid cooled rollers maintain dough temperature and stable dough pressure. The SofTouch Divider makes the ideal choice for bakers who produce products with raisins or other fruit ingredients. Single or dual rotating cutters provide the high-speed production rates required of today’s auto-mated bread lines.
