Our main objective is to improve the performance, increase the life expectancy and reduce the cost of ownership by providing on site engineering service, technical support and maintenance contracts.

The Turkington Service & Maintenance Contract offers preventative service and maintenance for newly installed equipment as well as existing equipment, which guarantees a consistent level of performance in line with the needs of the process and production requirements of the plant.

Each contract is tailored to meet customer requirements and range from regular unit machine inspections to complete lines of plant. At the heart of the contract is the provision of a regular inspection and service by a Turkington engineer who understands the process and the equipment. The service will identify problems, which cause poor performance and will offer solutions to ensure the equipment performance is brought back into line.

The contract will include a preventative maintenance system for the equipment that increases life expectancy and provides financial benefits via reliability and a reduction in production downtime and waste due to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.

All on site repairs and refurbishments are undertaken by our own engineers who are trained by the company to ensure the best possible advice and assistance. Only genuine Turkington and recognised proprietary parts will be used.
