Description:For the utmost in reliability and bake quality, the oven to consider is the range of 960 Tunnel Ovens. Available baking chambers up to 13´-4" wide x 205´-0" in length to handle the your highest production outputs. Your choice of grid or plate hearth, with the combination of Steam, DSI Burner Control, maximized Zone Control and AF Drive features, make the 960 the number 1 oven of choice.
System Elements:The heating system utilizes patented Tri-Zone Burners, 360 degree rotatable air agitation tubes with control dampers (trade name "Coloraiders") and individual zone control thermostats for total control of the baking process. The heavy duty 4" pitch chain connects the grids/plates to form the conveying surface of the oven. The simple chain circuit and the return of the chain through the cooler bottom of the oven also adds to chain life. The oven loader, unloader and the main drive are all controlled by AF Drives, encoders ensure the synchronization required for controlled loading and unloading of the oven. The load and discharge conveyors can be mounted in the standard position from the hood line of the oven or extensions can be added to suit special product requirements or layouts. The bake chamber of the oven is insulated with a combination of mineral wool, rock wool and 1" thick finish panels that provide between 8" and 12" of insulation throughout the oven. The standard finish of the oven is "stainless steel" of course. A great oven requires great controls that include color monitors, PLC processors, lap top interface module mounted on a stainless steel panel door(s). Burner control is managed with our DSI (Direct Spark Ignition) Level 1 or the optional Level III. All burners are lit from the main panel and flame supervision monitors are part of each burner.
