Description: The LANHAM PROOF AND BAKE design is the basis for modern hi-tech Turkington conveyorised proofers. Single and Double Ovals or Figure 8 configurations ensure system layout flexibility. All products travel along the same proofing path. Continuous smooth metered loading and unloading at convenient elevations.
Benefits: - Low infeed, low discharge
- Stainless steel AC unit and duct work
- Pan Gap Monitor ensures uniform pan spacing

System Elements: - Self-supporting, stainless-steel clad, 4½ thick urethane foam enclosure. Cam lock panels with neoprene seals, access doors and viewing windows.
- Stainless steel proofer track with special gasketed joints to prevent chain oil leakage. Plated chain, stainless steel grid support pendents and stainless steel grids.
- Stainless steel “W-shaped” proofer grids with fixed or off-set guides or optional magnets handle a wide range of pan shapes and sizes.
- Proofer chain driven from both sides for a more uniform pull and longer life. Combined with AF controlled electric drives, and a sophisticated speed tracking chain oiling system the Turkington Double Oval provides smooth and vibration free product movement through the proofer. The gentle handling of the product by the pan metering system both before and after proofing helps to protect the unbaked product in it’s most delicate phase.
- Numerous layout possibilities available with 60½, 84½, 120½ radius turns, including "L" shaped layouts and ability to build around columns.
- Electrical controls that include colour monitors, PLC processors, lap top interface module mounted on a stainless steel panel door(s). The heat and humidity controls of the A.C. unit are monitored and displayed from the main panel.
Specifications: - Self-supporting insulated enclosure with two service access doors and two inspection hatches, and stainless steel finish on internal and external surfaces.
- Painted mild steel electrical control panel with stainless steel doors.
- Stainless steel track and centre-guided grids.
- Flexible track layout using different radius turns.
- Pneumatic chain tensioning system located at a low tier level for ease of maintenance.
- Modulating air conditioning controls for improved evenness.
- Quick cool-down exhaust fan system.
- Electric variable speed drive units.
- The stainless steel A.C. Unit with stainless steel supply and return duct work.
Options - Grids with side guides for flat bottomed pans or trays.
